Easter Fun

Every year Jannie has an Easter party. We've never been able to go because Beau always had retreat over Easter weekend and last year we had a 1 week old baby. So we were very excited to be able to go this year.

At Jannie's we had lunch and then hid the eggs while we the kids took a walk with Jannie and Papa Larry.

He had sat his basket down somewhere and we couldn't find it so he used one of Jannie's...It's almost as big as him!

Easter morning they woke up to their basket. It was a little sparse. I've had a lot going on...

After church we went to Janice and Frankie's for lunch. Frankie got called in to work just before we showed up, Tim and Sharon called in sick and Brad and Amy couldn't make it. So it was just us, Janice and Crystal, but we had a great time. The kids got baskets...

It was a great weekend. We've hit the ground running this week trying to get things ready for Sadie's big party. Yesterday I (with Cherilyn's help) painted two bathrooms, Beau hung a new light fixture and did a bunch of other little things. This morning Sadie had her check up. She got 5 shots and had labs drawn, but NO EAR INFECTION!!! Yay Sadie's ears!!! Here were her stats...

Height: 29 inches=47%

Weight: 19 lbs=20%

Weight for length=27%

Head 17.5 inches=31%

After the appt we ran errands for about 4 hours!! When we got home I made a tutu, a bandana dress, dinner, cleaned the kitchen and put the kids to bed. Now I'm relaxing with The Office.

Tomorrow we have Sadie's 1 year and family pictures and a youth group fundraiser. On top of that I have about 4 days of work around the house to do!
